Skills are classified with ESCO, job roles with ISCO-08, education with ISCED 2011 and sectors with ISIC Rev.4. Postings that don't match a category are left out of that chart rather than guessed at. Employer type (Private, Public or NGO) is a keyword heuristic on the employer's own name, not a verified registry lookup. Education specialization (what field a level is in) relies on free text descriptions, which mainly exist for HaHuJobs postings. Salary is only counted when a posting itself states a clear monthly Birr or ETB figure. "Negotiable" or "As per company scale" are left out rather than guessed at. The "most critical skills" shown when clicking a bar on most charts (Skills, Education, Experience, Salary, Sectors, Sector Subcategories, Job Roles, Locations and Top Hirers) only appears once at least 3 postings in that group state explicit skills, so it is never built from a single posting.
